im pissed with *** customer service.and they call themselves EDUCATION educators. (does that even make any sense?)
ironically, they have CUSTOMER SERVICE course.
which brings to, what the hell happened to what they've learnt?!
and thats why, *o** is handy.
hands-on are always better.
books are ALWAYS needed, no matter what institute it is.
